The Mandalorian was their chance to gauge audience reception with Seb as Luke; I wish they went for it. It'd be good to know how well he can own the role before being put into something bigger. Perhaps he was busy or they did let him audition and it didn't work out? Who knows, but I'm thinking it's probably not going to happen.

@@TheDanteEX i think there's still possibilities of them casting Seb, Mark Hamill agreed to that idea somewhat, i think if there's a more prominent role for Luke in the future, or if he has more screen time, they will probably cast him, i doubt they will go for that CGI/deepfake look again lol.

I agree, but I didn't want the Mandalorian to have him especially for that cameo. Maybe if there's a bigger storyline in S3, sure. We all had that reaction from seeing Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker. Outside of people who were manifesting this casting, nobody would even know who that was if Seb had showed up straightaway.

The Winter Soldier, Civil War part of the MCU is easily one of my favorites so to get more of that, in a six episode series is awesome!!! I still really the Russos had given Bucky more to do in the climaxes of Infinity war and Endgame other than just shoot! You guys do know he can punch too, right? But hey at least we're getting a whole series around Sam and Bucky!
