i am a neet student, fresher thi tab ki baat hein, i had this phy sir jinki wajah se i love phy a lot, he is an iitian, and the best part is that he has cracked upsc written twice, but sad part ki unka interview mein chala gaya, he was like a star teacher of my school, toh sab unka delhi se aane ka wait kar rahi the, bacchon ne bhaar bhaar k gifts diye the roses, chocolates, sab wishes de rahe the, and unke aate hi sab ne yeh notice kiya ki he had gotten weak and seems like ki he lost some weight as well, mere jee ka ek frnd bol raha tha sir unhe bata rahe the ki how he used to study for upsc when he first attempted it, us time fail hone k baad unhone teaching karna shuru kiya when he realised ki bina paise k kuch nhi ho sakta, and yeah he tried to brush it saying ki tabyet kharab ho gai coz yaha k climate aur delhi k climate mein bohot difference hein. but unki awaj mein jo dard tha, woh hum samjh sakte the.. he is the best phy teacher i have seen so far, he motivates and also helpes to strengthen the students..i feel bad for him.. he and we students, we all are in the same loop of uselessness..

I cant say much about India, per yaha Pakistan mein jo text books use ki jaati hyn, wo crack hi rattay baazi se hoti hyn. Alhamdulilah I am a teacher by profession now, but mera Intermediate Engineering me tha, and it took me 2 extra years only to pass that qualification, because conceptual likhta tha jo paper checkers ki key se different hota tha wording mein, and they would simply cross those answers and fail me. Jiska acha ratta ho, 95% + marks hon, usse achi uni mein admission milta hy, ye log apni degree bhe rattay k basis per laitay hyn, no wonder hmari civil services/Beurocracy mein ye rattu loug a jaty hyn jinho ne saari life ratta lagaya, and now they hang around and do ayaashi on our tax money. Its such crap. Only God knows how many credible professionals we lost because these kitaabi keera peeps made it to the post because ratta bht acha tha

I work in a govt institute and there have been incidents where people literally become slaves of DCs or Beaureucrates (equivalent to IAS in India) in order to get those juicy promotions. But I hold the opinion that these officers are Public servants, and they should behave as such, if they dont behave like that, we should treat them as such. I dont stand in honour of some high ranking officers in various occasions, and I face all kinds of backlash for that.

A very close cousin of mine very long ago quit his job at TCS and opened up a start up with his batch mate with very limited funding and by hiring freelancers.. It took him a couple of years of sleeplessness and hardwork but today his company rakes in around 20k USD in revenue and he has now like 10 people on roll and rest freelancers. Even yet when he goes to any family function and when relatives hear everything they always say "ye sab to theek hai magar form (govt job application) bharte raha karo".

Fun fact: In government jobs, with 7-10 years of experience, you can earn a maximum of 10-20 LPA, but in private jobs, this can go up to 30 LPA, and if you are skilled enough (which most likely you will be if you have 7-10 years of work experience), then this can go beyond 50 LPA as well, And the major fact is that your skills are respected in private jobs; if you are skilled enough, the company will see you as a valuable employee, and so your job will be secured. So imagine being a high salaried person with a secured job, which is more better in this case?

I have been an aspirant but I want to clear that coaching institutes (except 1%) are actually good and provide good teachers to teach. The govt jobs are too less and this is the main reason for failure. Coaching institutes can help in preparation 50% but we miss the other 50% from our end and blame it on coaching classes. Also, I did no crack any exam and neither got a government job. But I blame myself only. And I am talking about the teaching part and not the marketing part of institutes.

People are compelled to go for govt job because there are enough private jobs. These is a serious scarcity of jobs in India in both service sector and manufacturing sector. In top of that there are record high layoffs in private sector now,less salary not even enough to feed for yourself forget about the family and almost no job security minimum chances of growth. Such situations are not there with private jobs in most foreign countries these is certain job security and decent salary and growth

Now for marriage, one of my friend is running great business and earning approx 2 lakh or more per month but he is not getting any suitable marriage proposal even without dowry. 10 days ago, the whole family went to girl's home and her father said, "I will marry my girl with a black skined person having cleaning job but the job must be government one. For my own case, I am teaching at the best school of my city and earning as much as a government teacher earn in Bihar but there is no marriage proposal for me even without any dowry despite having lot of property.

1) You need not listen to people. Just dont give a damn on their opinion. 2) Listen to your own inner voice. Go to a silent place nearby if possible and sit without a phone.. think and focus on what you really want. 3) See they're taunting you means kahi na kahi unko fear hai ki that you will overpower them.. so unn sab ko ignore karke aage chalo.. Only your parents in this world want to see you more powerful and better than them... 4) Hamesha optimistic raho.. find positives in every situation. 5) Baaki ups and downs toh sabke life mae hai .. but you have to start loving the process rather than the end result.. 6) Apne acche seniors (like quality wale.. not ganja daaru wale..) se kabhi baat karliya karo jab bhi mood down rehta hai..seniors are best kyuki they also once experienced this.. 7) Baaki khud par bharosa rakho :) Wish you all the best.

Govt. can easily reduce the number of attempts to 2 or 3. The thing is, they don't want to do it because people will question over the govt. to create jobs even in public or private sector. And sad reality is, all these advises are given by senior IAS i.e. secretary to PM, President and Council Members...
