Personal theory, but i always assumed dogmeat was just one of the first dogs that genetically have evolved to resist radiation, hes not the only "normal dog" u can get for your settlements. So perhaps they have evolved. Dogmeats is considered a stud in the world of dog genetics

To further back this, having him as a companion has him eventually starting a conversation where he tell you he's a synth but reveals that his recall code is a lie. In fact, he also states that he isn't a synth and lies about saying otherwise

Fallout 4 came out in 2015. Critics said it's an utter bs game, for whatever reasons Series came out, people gave the game another chance. New generation tried it... Everyone's in disbelief how Fallout 4 isn't utter bs game! I'm just glad it finally got 2nd chance after 9 years being unfairly underestimated

Yeah it was never given a poor score by the main video game critics. A very small portion of Fallout fans that loved NV hated it. But they were a very small minority. I've been playing it since 2016 and always liked it.

46:00 You can find a group of dead raiders on sleeping bags at a random road, and there's a note talking about one of them being addicted to the "food". He seemingly became trigger happy and more violent because of the paste, even killing his own friends although one escaped after killing the assailant. That food paste is in his inventory too

Just wanna add on to some of the entries: Power armor training was introduced in Fallout 3 most likely to prevent you from getting power armor early on in the game. Its never really been a requirement in the series since you didnt need training to wear power armor in Fallout 1 or 2 either, and it was most likely removed from 4 due to the new limitations which is power armor piece condition and the fusion cores You cant actually request the Minutemen to help at Bunker Hill, Im not sure where you got that from The super mutants from 76 come from the westek facility located in Appalachia, which had a strain (most likely the same strain the Institute used). And yes, 76 is canon. The Enclave being in 4 is dubious at best since like most things in the new gen update they are tied to Creation Club content which previously has been known to be non-canon Inside Warren Theater you can find a synth posed as a mannequin, it stays perfectly still until you get into its aggro range, blending in with all the other surrounding mannequin I couldnt find any source for the Ghoulrillas in Safari Adventure being related to the FEV so Im also not sure where you got that from, Im pretty sure their intelligence is related to the fact that gorillas in real life are also somewhat intelligent Virgil's cure has been said to be the cure to the very specific strain of FEV that he infected himself with, which may not even be the same strain that was used on the other mutants in the Commonwealth I think the sea of tranquility is just meant to be a dramatization of the Space Race, the US won the race by reaching the moon first and there wasnt any actual war fought there

You did not need to be trained to use Power Armor in Fallout 1 or 2. However in 1 you did need to join the brotherhood to get it.

If they'd made more of a perk-based system to improve your performance with Power Armour, that would have been a cool way to reconcile the whole 'training' part. Maybe have Nate already have a perk or two that allowed him early advantages with it.

Here's one thing about the companions that is extremely weird that even the devs know about. We all know that the followers are all bi no romance is cut off from your gender choice and it's all of them Curie to cait, Preston to Gauge everyone is available. If you have a high affinity around 85 they will come to you an ask for a romance however it will only be the opposite sex that will do it?
