I belive its the same vocal minority that is always loud. And no they dont say why because they themselves dont know. U think they watched the show? No. You think they care about fallout as a thing. I mean I understand the criticism on how the NCR territory especially Shady Sands was depicted. Shady Sands just looked like a pre-war City while the one we were familiar with started as a mudbrick adobe village built in the middle of nowhere after the war. It's also a letdown because it seems Bethesda is unwilling to have the world and settings progress and just wants the world to reset and remain stagnant. (Although Chris Avellone who wrote FO2, the FO Bible, and FNV said if he had his way he would nuke the NCR to reset the setting since Fallout is post-apocalyptic role playing game and not a POST-post-apocalyptic role playing game. And he's probably responsible for building the NCR more than anybody. That's why in the Lonesome Road DLC there was an option to do that. He wanted to make it something unavoidable but others outvoted him.) It also seems like a letdown that the cause of its fall came out of nowhere instead of using the myriad of problems New Vegas introduced which could have caused its collapse.

You're the first person I've seen mention Star Wars. But I'd go deeper, all throughout my watch I kept thinking "that's how the Finn-Rey dynamic should've gone". Especially after TFA I've been disappointed with Finn's character. And watching Fallout only made me wonder what could've been even more. The naïve sheltered girl and the soldier. And the parallels don't even end there. That said, there's not a lot of show that gave me the urge to watch it through again. Daredevil (especially Season 3) is one of them, SoA is one of them, and it seems Fallout is too one of them. I'm gonna go and give it another watch right now. Cheers from France! 🍻

I agree with your criticisms, though I’d go further to say that they really brought down my enjoyment of the show. I’d also say the comedy for me did not work at all. The jokes were poor and really ripped the drama out of the experience. Vault 4 went from being a cool and very dark Fallout-like scenario to a complete farce event, losing all value of its setup.

A very WELL made show indeed. The “HALO” show failed cause it’s tied to “Microsoft”. And everything they’ve done so far has been FAR from Memorable.

You don't have to be a gamer or someone that played the Fallout games to get into this. I hate first person shooter games and was born in the 1960's and really liked the series. Can't wait to see what happens in New Vegas and Vault 31.
