Thank you, thank you,thank you !! Absolutely scrumptious “see fu”. I love these “cakes” and have always wanted to make it. Then I came across your video. Superb instructions. Not only how to but why AND logical step by step. Very easy to follow but didn’t prevent my heart from beating fast through out the process as I was very nervous. Next time, I’ll be as cool n collected as you were in the video. Once again, thank you so very much. BTW, soooooo much better than store bought. Best Regards, Philip

I really like Tapioka starch. Is that ok for this recipee?
@siew-hn4il5 күн бұрын
Yes, I used it all the time
@siew-hn4il5 күн бұрын
Yes, replace cornstarch for tapioca starch. Same amount of. I use tapioca starch all the time, also cheaper

I have a question can I use fresh shrimp or canned cocktail shrimp
@siew-hn4il5 күн бұрын
No

If no dried shrimp, you may skip it
@Thewoksoflife14 күн бұрын
If you don't have dried shrimp you can simply omit! If you can get a hold of some XO sauce we'd recommend serving that with it :P
@wmcrockett36379 күн бұрын
What would you use if you have a shrimp allergy. Sorry, maybe I missed it if you said
@siew-hn4il5 күн бұрын
Just skipped it. Less flavor and texture. I make mine without dried shrimp
