Hi Ms. Marjorie and ate Annabelle thank you for teaching me this adobo recipe I'm a mom who has had stage 4 cancer and you and your daughter Julia's have save me so many times. First when I had my first chemo I accidentally saw a video of Julia's chicken salpicao the first thing I cooked after my chemo. Now you , I have not been feeling good lately I lost taste of food after my chemo but after seeing you and Annabel cooked the adobo I was able to eat after a long long time. THANK YOU so much.

Why chemo for stages 4 cancer it will not heal you believed me 😊why not try “ immunotherapy infusion” instead it will help your immune system to fight and boost your healthy cancer cells. Chemo only hurt your body 😢hope your doing green juice everyday buy a good juicer machine ( celery,cucumber, ginger or turmeric ginger, lemon , green apple, spinach or kale) everyday. Avoid animal fats,processed foods, sugary drinks, sweet and rice n bread they’re high carbs. Hope and pray for your recovery 🙏🙏🙏I’m 3 times cancer survivor 😇🙏🙏

Sa family namin, walang nakakaperfect ng adobo yan ung bukod tanging dish na hindi namin talaga matantya ng lasa. Last week, napanuod ko po itong video na to at ginaya ko lahat step by step. Masarap talaga yan adobo ni Anabelle dahil doble ang additional palasa may magic sarap na may cubes pa, maka high blood yan eh kaya ako pag nag adobo kunting kunti lang chicken cube and no butter kasi may fats na yong manok ingatan ko ang pamilya ko na hindi somobra sa fats ang luto ko kong puede iwasan ko ang cubes Kasi nakaka taas talaga ng BP mga yan, sorry sa comments ko gv lang😊❤

Opo, dapat pagkalagay po ng Suka, wag muna haluin at wag takpan hangga’t di po kumukulo ng atleast 5 mins hayaan muna daw po mag evaporate yung acid at di daw po malasahan yung fermentation ng suka sa niluluto ulam.
