🥣 Cake Ingredients:
- Apricot
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 1/2 TSP Vanilla Sugar
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1, 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 TBSP Baking Powder
- 1/3 Cup Cooking Oil
- 1/2 Cup Apricot Puree
- Homemade Syrup (Optional)
✤ Bake in a preheated oven at 175 C for 20-25 minutes

🧑🍳Cake baking tips:
- Be sure to sift the flour 1-2 times before use.
- Make sure, all the ingredients are out of the refrigerator and at room temperature, then add them.
- Apricots are better if they are sweet.
- Don't forget to set aside the apricots to drain the excess water, then use it.
- Insert the tooth pick into the cake, if tooth pick comes out clean without any cake sticking, it means the cake is perfectly done.
- Let the cake cool completely, then cut and serve.
- Every oven is so different. The bake settings in my post is just a reference for you. You may need to experiment with your oven to know at which point of temp the cake will crack and adjust from there.
