Eggs 2 pieces.
Sugar 100 g.
Starch 50 g.
Milk 500 ml.
Milk 90 ml.
A pinch of sugar.
Water 90 ml.
A pinch of salt.
Butter 90 g.
Flour 180 g.
Eggs 3-4 pieces.
Egg 1 piece.
Almond Flakes 50 g.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Dry for 20 minutes at 150°C.
Butter 100 g.
Vanilla sugar 8 g.
Powdered sugar.

J'ai deja réalisé des choux à la crème, je devrais, en principe, réussir ces Paris/Brest 😊 J'aimerais que vous me donniez la taille du cercle que vous utilisez, merci d'avance 😊😊 Je pense que la crème pâtissière est légèrement tiède, ceci afin d 'eviter que la crème ne soit tranchée en y ajoutant le beurre ! Et ça, ce n'est pas bon, si la crème est tranchée (le beurre est granulé) dans la crème.... Merci de me répondre Grande Cheffe 🧑‍🍳🌹😽😽🇫🇷🇫🇷
