Vegetarian breakfast (meat-free) pastry, with jam and sesame seeds covered.

In a bowl mix well the following:
- flour: 650g
- yeast: 1 tbsp (or 7g)
- powdered sugar: 1.5 tbsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- warm water: 500ml
- cooking oil: 60ml
Mix until everything is well combined and the dough forms.
Allow the dough to rise for 1h.
In a separate bowl mix:
- plum jam: 1/2 cup
- water: 1 cup
Once the dough has risen, divide it into 20 small balls. Shape them into sticks, pair them, and roll each pair in opposite directions to form round shapes.
Immerse them in the jam mixture, then cover then with sesame seeds.
Bake pastries for about 20 to 25 minutes at 185°C (or 365°F) until baked.
