I give it to you, and your whole family. The shear amount of labor of love that goes in growing vegetable (variety of vegie.) from seeding to harvest, and flowers. not to mention the amount of time to harvest. Brings new respect next time I pick up vegies. and flowers.

Did I hear you PA guys mentioning ICED TEA and with MINT? Whoo Hoo from a Deep South viewer who has all the invasive mint you'd like! Could smell it from here! Suggestion for this summer...make a slushy with frozen pineapple (or can use fresh pineapple, but frozen is best), pineapple juice, ice and mint all tossed in a blender...YUM on a hot summer day. Great as popsicles, too when you've come out of the yard (or fields for you guys!) Another summer mint refresher: wet and squeeze out a bath cloth. lay mint along one half; roll it up tightly (get the mint oil and freeze. When you come inside super hot, grab one out of freezer (while you are eating your pineapple/mint popsicle); unroll and remove the mint. Towel will soften quickly and it is wonderfully refreshing on the face and neck!

The easy way to catch the chicken is with a long stiff wire all you have to do is bend the end to a hook then you Make to there legs a they're easy to catch

I raise game birds; quail, pheasant, chukars, a wild turkey species called Rio Grande Turkeys. They get out sometimes, so I keep a fishing dip net close to the pens hanging on a nail. Kinda like playing tennis, but with a net.
