He really is the embodiment of natural strength.

I believe the lore of Cleve never using formal resistance/weight training for strength/conditioning; I can imagine Cleve simply doing farm labor and eating like a hog to get so massive and strong 💪

I still can't get over how oddly different are the stereotypes for european small farmers compared to the ones in the Usa, with the first being relatively small and light, able to live off rocks, sun and an healthy 60% calories deficit while the latter are powerhouses, with the most feeble one just about the size of 2-4 european ones and with an usual daily caloric intake of about 4-5 kcals
@McLoelz8 ай бұрын
*Mcals 4 kcals is about 1 gram of protein. Presumably roughly equivalent to backguys daily intake on a bulk.

Farmers in the U.S. come in all sizes.
@HennryHammerhead8 ай бұрын
That's more area dependent tbh. Farmers further down south can get by with less calories. The further north you go though the more likely it is you'll need a greater calorie intake to keep up with the work load and colder temperatures. More so if they're in the mountains.

It's great seeing more and more of these fitness channels talking about arm wrestling, thanks Back Guy

Arm wrestling is so close to becoming a major sport. You should look into what happened with the WAL. That was one of the coolest formats and what got me into it.

This guy could have been an all-time great in WSM if he had taken training seriously and hopped on the sazule. He could have been the Brian Shaw before Brian Shaw with a frame like that.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Don't mess around with farmers. It doesn't matter how much time you spend in a gym those guys eat breath and live intense, often painful physical activity. Thats something you just cant replicate in a gym.
