The A/C vent in front of the kitchen sink is a no no. Constant standing and traffic area and possible water spillage means the vent will eventually need replacing.

Lots to love on the exterior. Porch is real nice. Huge kitchen and dining room. The kitchen itself is very nice. Love the farmhouse sink. Would like island cabinets in a darker though. Pantry is a bonus. Living room is bright with windows being a super size. Guest bedroom are a good size. Guest bath is well laid out. Master is very good. Walk in closet is big. Master bath is well laid out. Love the cabinets. Beautiful tiled shower. Given the size the price is exceptional. Should sell well.

I love the Farmhouse look! And i'm sure you have options for tile back-splash in the Kitchen as well as the Master Bath. I really love the huge Kitchen Island with that lovely dark wood top. Love the open floor plan also. I'll just wait for the price to go down to around 100K. Then I think it would be a good deal.

I don’t have a problem with the doorways and trim not being finished ... I’m realistic and understand that when this home is moved to its forever home, it’ll be put back together with the trim and whatnot .... I DO, unfortunately agree hat the black grout was a miss on this one ... everything else looked great, but maybe should have gone with lighter grey grout ... oh, and is it the paint or the shower surround that’s beige against the black grouted white tile ... a miss again.

I liked everything about it excellent the black grout in the master bath. Sure they could use white grout if requested The price I'd very reasonable. Do they deliver/set up in Tennessee? I have dome land. It already has septic & electricity. I have cash. I'll be retiring in a few years so zim not worried about depreciation. I just want easy care that looks good.

Love the layout of this house, I just don't like the farmhouse look & the vents made in the floor....

Actually, placing the AC vents and conduct under the floor is Smart !!! In attics, where's the majority of heat causing condensation from the AC cold air......

@ I'm so sorry, I was at work. Nothing to too serious, just being extra careful with small objects falling inside of it. I have a few stories, but I remember one incident where a small rubber ban fell inside one of ours right along with a few of my daughter's beads for her hair. The smell alone was toxic that no one should have been inhaling it, especially kids. The smell of rubber & plastic burning together not good! Most of all you can't place any type of funiture over it you have to work around them setting up & displaying your funiture....

Well I must agree the tile work is the worse I have seen, really you left it like that. Now for the tub in master it looks like an over size sink, really you could not put a claw tub in the spot that is a farm house type. Other then that nice home but why does all the showing of homes have to show the toilet up close, I’m sure we all know what it looks like and what a closet looks like. Sorry but I say it like it is. Try to do a little better next time. Thanks

I usually click off videos where the person giving the your doesn't say a word. It's much nicer to have a person talk about the various elements of the home. But I really liked this home so I watched the whole video. The only things I don't like are: ▪︎Vents in the floor; I believe I even saw one in a linen closet. ▪︎ The pantry & linen closets would be much nicer with solid shelves. Plastic coated wire shelving is a pain. ▪︎ Clothing closets should have wood shelves and rods; and 80% should be double hanging. ▪︎ There was no coat closet that I recall.

Beige is the worst colour in the world to decorate around. Shelving in the bedrooms is the worst type to use. I think a lot of shortcuts were taken! I will never use carpet in my bedroom again. There is beautiful vinyl plank for flooring that is easy to clean and would be much better for anyone that has asthma.
