We love and sell the Lulamae and though it's at an amazing price point, we always have tons of requests to customize it. In order to keep the production costs down and keep it at its great price, we couldn't make the requested changes to the Lulamae. So we brought you the new Elly May. It's the same floorplan layout with the same great farmhouse style, but it's heavier (literally!) and meatier with more options and more flexibility. What's so awesome about this house besides the quality, the double tower dormers, and the galvalume metal exterior accents, is that you can build it in any style. Want to go rustic? We can do that. Choose from this white shiplap, painted shiplap, southern yellow pine (stained or clear seal), blue ponderosa pine, and more.
The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

Yeah, it had crossed my mind too that solid doors, with maybe a small top center window might be safer and fewer windows. I guess some people like a lot of windows, but I only want one or two in the bedroom that work with standard window coverings. Don't want no morning sun to ruin my sleep in days.

I've watched and saved multiple videos but this one is definitely my favorite. The only thing I would redesign is the porch. Extend it out to a wrap around deck and add a fireplace. And also, a house this beautiful should have a magnificent farm house front door. Think I just found my dream retirement home.

He's great, I just need the farmer and some land to place it on. Love the house. Saw another guy show one of these homes... he was so bad the home looked like a disaster. Same house, different presentation.. This guy is superb. He shows the house - you get a sense of the style and size. So many guys show you into cupboards and electical stuff.... and you never see the house. Give up on that! This man knows what he's doing.

I love it. I would go back to entertainment center with fireplace. I love all the lighting. I love the island and storage. No dishwasher for me. Love the all wood. You really nailed the kitchen.
