The corporation of Sweden and France after the war is a real interesting storie. I heard that thy were one of the only country's that were allowed to pick out tanks that were laying around after the war and were even given a few.

Woah, I've always thought the Emil 1&2 are fakes by WG but after hearing an in depth of the whole tank series, I believed in these tanks now though in a different way And I love the part where the Kranvagn hull were used for later Swedish projects

In World of Fake Tanks the Emil 1 design, with the gun at top of the turret, is fake. The correct design, and it was blueprints only, is the Emil 1951 with the gun positioned at half height of the turret.

I didn't know that the Swedes considered putting Centurion turrets on the Kranvagn hull. ( I thought the Stridsvagn K was just some Wargaming BS ). I love the Kranvagn and it's the second tech tree tier X I've ever gotten.

I really like the use of World of Tanks Blitz Footage on this video, as the game provided so much attention to Kranvagn and its Line. And also at 8:23 the Strv K in the game, which was really brought into the limelight after the Blitz Cup.

Great video and well researched! Maybe consider toning down or not using at all the camera shake that comes with that vintage filter. I can't speak for everyone, but it hurts my eyes to look at more than a couple of minutes. Maybe I'm just getting old lol

Still to this day the IS3 is a beautiful beast to behold. It put the absolute shits up anyone who saw it when it first appeared. The western allies especially had every right to fear it. I have a 1:72 scale model on the bookshelf in front of me here, right next to the King Tiger I don't mind admitting I've had some fun duels when the wife isn't looking 🙂
