As someone who currently works part time at a KFC i can agree that when im putting napkins/surviettes into a bag i judge wether or not the customer needs wet wipes. Also i joke with my managers that the 11 herbs and spices are just 11 different ways to say salt and pepper

Here in the U.S., we do refer to KFC as Kentucky Fried (Sodium) Chloride. There’s more salt than chicken in it. And McDonalds in France does sell wine. At least they did the last time I was in one, which was admittedly quite a few years ago. McVin, we called it. In Germany, it was McBier. Almost made going to McDonalds palatable for me. Almost.

Yep I specifically asked that I not have beans with my sausage and chips, it came with beans, my mum told them I requested no beans, they took it back and then came back with the same plate, but with the beans gone... but with the bean juice stick fucking on it, I ate a few of the outside chips and left, complaining in a restaurant is worthless in britain.

my parents aren't technophobs. They just buy a bunch of tech that they never use regularly enough or properly for it to be a worthwhile investment. They do the same thing with tech that someone else bought them that they would never buy for themselves because they think its a "waste of money" which its not. A prime example is they have a washer and a dryer but they still insist on hanging sh_t on a clothes line. Its 2022. Not 1800. use the dam dryer or get rid of it. Same thing goes for the dish washer. Theres absolutely no point in having tech if you rarely or never use it.

I mean.. If they got something wrong with the order (that they have literally written down on a till or a piece of paper) then why not complain?? If they do it whilst treating the staff like human beings then all is fine.. It's not like it's gonna kill anyone to get the order right or change it if it's wrong.
