Law requires you to know the language so it’s only possible when you live here and know the language

I would like to remind you that Finland has two official languages, Finnish (the majority language and therefore especially important for employment) and swedish. All legislation and common law is binding only as written in official languages. All other translations are just for information. Only in some legal matters foreign languages are used and useful. All this means that learning and practicing law in Finland requires good skills in official languages or at least one official language. There are no tuition fees for study programs using official languages as a language of tuition in Finland so no scholarships are needed to pay such fees. But for your living costs while studying you need to have your own funds. It might be possible to get some scholarships for that purpose from some organisations but not available for everyone.

For bachelor IELTS is mostly accepted. Some Uas only IELTS. for vocational, it’s mostly duolingo but some schools accept IELTS too

actually my passport has 3 of my name's, while my wace result has 2 of my name's and I just did an affidavit, do Finland schools accept it?

It seems reasonable to ask what could be the reason for the WAEC result not having your full official name and why it has not been corrected? Just having your own affidavit as proof of that the results are actually yours, isn't as convincing as if the WAEC institution would give the assurance. But then they also could fix the error, wouldn't they. Finnish educational institutions can do their own judgement calls and I don't try to predict how each of them would judge this.

I found some WAEC certificate instructions : Your Name (in full as used in the examination) The Name, Month and Year of Examination Your Index Number Date of Birth Telephone Number Email Address (Should be active) Candidates will be required to produce a valid identification document when collecting their certificates. Could it be that you simply hadn't used your full official name in the examination?

Children from foreign language families who don't have sufficient skills in either official languages will receive separate language training to enable them to join others later. There are also some basic education schools, which have a foreign language as the language of tuition. If your intention is to stay in Finland and give your children the opportunity to become fluent in local languages and to integrate into the society, it's not a good idea to make them study using foreign languages.

Education providers draw up their own curricula within the framework of the national core curriculum. Therefore, there is room for local or regional perspectives and emphases that complement the underlying values and conception of learning. Local curricula address any such perspectives and emphases, and how they are implemented, monitored, and evaluated. Local education providers decide for example the language programme and the local lessons hour distribution within the national framework. Furthermore, cooperation with homes and instruction of pupils requiring special support or belonging to different language and cultural groups are defined in more detail in the local curriculum. Being a child of immigrants by itself doesn't mean that you're a special case needing some care. But being from a foreign language family is likely to imply that the student doesn't have sufficient local language skills. They often initially need special assistance and language training, which is a challenge also for the education provider and not only for the student.

To work as a practical nurse in Finland, you must have a licence in Finland and sufficient spoken and written language skills in Finnish. You can find some caregiver jobs without such requirements, but that means also less opportunities and less salary. I suggest study programs, where you start studies using English and later switch using more Finnish as your Finnish skills improve.

No. You can only bring family when you get a permanent contract

Visa for seasonal work has also that 90 day validity limit. They just need to apply for a visa. Financially that perhaps doesn't make sense, but otherwise - why not.

​@@Echosoffear-o8o I suggest you read the actual language proficiency requirements and don't expect it to be so simple. Proof of proficiency in the language of tuition is needed. There can be many different ways accepted as proof depending on which study program admission you're talking about. IELTS test results are just about never the only accepted proof.

Scan can mean several different things. One meaning is converting a document or picture to a digital file format. If you already have your documents in accepted file formats, then you can upload those files. I suspect you had some other question in your mind.
