For the wave 15 shop challenge, you could impose spending all the currency on shop reroll to reduce the power of the currency stacking item.

I tried the Organic Fist Wrappings, they are only ok they do a bit less damage, attack slower than other Unarmed weapons and have lower crit damage. Then the added Primitive item pool means it takes a lot of rerolls to get 6 of them in the shop since you get so many other unarmed or primitive weapons. The +6 Armor is nice but the less damage/attack speed means you have to scale up harder.

Enjoyed this run, and would welcome a discussion of melee range some time. I think it's a little underrated because of the infinite pierce. Hope you look back at the GMO mod.

I agree, I always see this boy going heavy in the negatives with range on mellee characters. Especially with this build having attack speed so high having range atleast 0 or slightly positive would've done some good. He was shitting allover the enemies even with negative range so we can't say he's 100% wrong

Do a no re rolls run. You can't reroll level up stats, and can only reroll store if it cost 0. So only if you buy out the shop or got the bunny. If you don't do it you're just scared 😉

Day 3: Hey man, could you try this: Explorer with cacti clubs, mines, turrets etc and go mostly for elemental damage and scared sausage? Kind of like you are dealing damage over time all over the map :) Also like many comments, endless runs are very much wanted

also, the goat skull you bought on wave 12 actually *decreased* your damage -- it increased the base damage from 39 to 40, which is a 2.56% increase, but since you crit for +130% on the level 3 fists a 2% crit is actually a 2.6% increase in total damage output. your intuition was correct, goat skull is not worth it on claw builds

I avoid claw mostly but it is fun to have a high attack speed character just melt elites

I watch an XCOM steamer on Twitch, and the community joke is that he's very lucky because he'll hit the 20% shots or make the 80 to hit dodges. But the reason he can take those risks is because he made choices that set him up to be in the position that failing those rolls won't kill him. He can take the 20% because he has a grenade ready as backup, and he left the soldier in a risky spot because they had a perk that prevents crits, a action free healing, and means his more fragile soldiers can be more aggressive knowing the tank is taking the shot. Everyone benefits from good luck, but skilled play means you can take better advantage while also relying less on luck to survive

it was strange to see you skip Acid on wave 9 shop -- since you're very close to dodge cap, the 4% dodge should matter *less*, as you have eleven waves to repair it. each subsequent dodge point is more valuable, but ONLY up to the sixtieth point.
