Personally i take book or chatty, time matter will only be effective after you s3 cause you can never kill off the rip. If you draft zio you wont particularly will need to s3 again or want to cause hes shutting down cleaves/agros and the match will probably end before defy is done or hes dead.

His S3 does between 45% and 48% of enemy HP, so it can't kill. Nice thing about him is that he's a mage and has alot of good artifact options.

Just pulled him today, 10 months since he first appeared 😂 Still I'm really happy, I've wanted him since he was available but never had the luck till today. 6 ML summons, 3 shinies, 1 Ass Coli, 1 ml elena dupe and him. Can't wait to finished building him so i can try him out and finally i can be the one to have 1st turn. I've been a 2nd turn player for like forever! Anyway Dr when are you coming back to the game missed your E7 content

I wasn't summoning but he popped out from my galaxy summon just before I hit pity. I can only get him up to 245 speed for now because Im farming Banshee and Golem right now in preparation for Lionheart Cermia from the recruitment. Is 245 enough though?

Something insane, but it actually won't matter because it only applies to turn one and isn't a permanent speed buff or anything. 280 speed or 6000 speed makes no difference as long as you get the first turn.

No, it's impossible because he gets combat readiness and if he's the fastest then his passive is useless unless there is an enemy with 400+ speed.

@@nikmerkulov2790 It's not impossible, just useless. Zio's effective Speed at the start of battle should be calculated by dividing his current Speed by .8. It's possible to get some ridiculous effective speeds that way, but anything above ~330 effective Speed will do basically nothing.

Hey Squirrel, Just a few quick questions, hia S2 is a non-attack skill right, so does Celine counter him? And if you have a Celine at like 260 speed will she then counter initiate his counter initiate? Just wanted to know how that interaction works. Cheers on the awesome content. Nah it's not a non-attack skill. You'll notice the politis's didn't proc, and Celine and politis proc off the same stuff.

Its a non attack skill but its a passive And u dont have to wait for it bc the second you join the match it is activated and its not counted as a non attack skill
