Excellent video Todd on the fastest way to improve ball striking! Takeaway is King! If a golfer gets this right, then the rest of his swing is a "piece of cake!" The "glove logo down" recommendation ties in nicely with the VLS system that you advocate! Well Done Todd!

Is the stance closed with 60-40 weight distribution when hitting irons?

Before seeing this, I was out practicing with the VLS board. Trying to get my swing on the blue line seemed to make me have to take it back a different way than described here. Each time I tried to keep the club face in the correct position, I was outside the blue line. It would seem to me the club face needs to be square to target line in the space before and after the ball?

Good question. The face should be square to slightly closed to the swing direction. Work on getting the club traveling into the ball on the blue line with the face slightly closed. Make sense? You can also read our book, The Bad Lie where we cover this in detail
