I do have a quick question, based on your experience with animation: what app do you think was used in the video: “kzbin.infoaY7C2TJy5LM” My younger brother is cartoonist but can only draw. Any recommendation of an app to better animate his drawings?

Thank you! I checked out that short and I know that sort of animation can be done in Procreate Dreams, procreate.com/dreams. I've just started using it so I don't have any tutorials for it myself, but definitely search for some on KZbin, there's some great tutorials out there by other artists.
