This video was made for Peter's birthday in 2017. With his passing in 2020, we wish to share this to commemorate the lasting legacy he leaves behind, through the generations of turtle conservationists he inspired.

Dr. Pritchard is who all of us who care for the future of turtles wish to to emulate. His collection filled me with awe, as to how how one can even accomplish so much. Every specimen or item had a fascinating story behind it. I'll cherish my memories of meeting him and spending time at the institute forever.
