They pop right out after a while , a temporary mess but all those dandelion and flowers they eat outside the salmon runs has them ultra immunized to infections.

@@debbiesmith8248 yup , they all den in the high country on those southern mountain slopes so they need energy to get up there , especially moms , alot to eat coming out in spring , but on the way back up not so much plant life or baby mammals moose , deer , elk , caribou ect , to eat... these are grizzly bears and eat real meat 🥩 contrary to belief ( to most ) they're coastal brown bears. Brooks bears have been sighted in tundra regions during berry season according to a educated specialist that has documented it personally. But getting fat is a act of survival for sure !! 🙂 🇺🇸

The big three bears are all about eating fish... NOTHING ELSE. Hibernation conquered. It is the weekend. I will spend a combined 24 hours watching them catch fishes. Weekday mornings... 2 hours. Weekday nights... 3 hours. I'm hooked on bear watchin!

@@shanemac1111 they got a few miles to go where they den on the southern side of distant mountains so they need everything energy wise . Some of these grizzly bears from the brooks falls actually visit the tundra for berry season according to a source that has identified brooks bears up there ( yup believe it ) , and they also eat alot of dandelion and flowers early in year .. they ARE grizzly bears and will range greater distances than the river runs when fish aren't moving yet , some grizzly in north America will actually go to the rocks only elevation and moth hunt overturning rocks for the short moth season with cubs. The tundra visits shows brooks bears are not a particular coastal brown bear species wise , but the "dangerous grizzly species"... some come in skinny some years ( Otis last year !! ) depending on what their range is for food the other months , also cubs are attacked at higher frequency ( away from the salmon runs ) foraging in dandelion and flower meadows by big boars like 856 where the bears are spread out more and more territory rights going on , of couse other parts of Alaska bears don't congregate like brooks does for so long . once in a while a black bear will visit brooks but just too many grizzly there so they stay away . Even mothers don't bring first year cubs to brooks every year . Most brooks followers think these are coastal clam digging and fishing bears and a separate species but there's no concrete evidence of distinctive differential from woods / mid latitude /grizzly versus coastal brown grizzly which aren't limited to coast cause they den way high up 30 miles away. I do know the black bears will not go to elevation to den they dig a safe spot .
