That is not in Amsterdam. Because that is ANGLO interieur. Every one from north west continental Europe recognizes that. Scenes shot in America probably. Petty the set designer did not do his or her job... and a bit more research on Amsterdam. It looks like only the outdoor scenes were shot in Amsterdam.

I'm a bit late, but according to IMDB only the two leads actually went to Amsterdam and all the indoor shots with Willem Dafoe and Laura Dern were shot in Pittsburgh.
