AIR BUBBLES Solution: Vacuum Power steering pump whining, it's cavitation and will get worse. Run a vacuum line from the intake manifold, seal it to the PS fill. Should go away instantly, rotating steering wheel helps Still whines, the front seal maybe letting air in, or the pump is permanently damaged.

This car is Fracking awesome 👍🏼👍🏼. The FC really doesn't get the love. This is one of the absolute best restomod builds I have ever seen. The only thing that will have to be addressed is the intercooler. It's going to get unbelievably hot after a few seconds at wot. The work of forcing high boost through a itty-bitty hole is the definition of a heat generation device. I'm going to guess 3+ lb pressure drop over 20 psi. You should put that out there as a question for subs? There's enough room to get a deeper wider core and inlet/outlet piping maintaining the upper hood mating flange. Nobody would know the difference as the bigger box would be hidden making it OEM PLUS + 😎

Of the 80's cars, I think the FC is my favorite. It just has such purity of design. None of the body lines conflict with each other and it just results in a classy, timeless look. If rotary engines weren't so thirsty and required more maintenance, I'd love to own an FC, but with their quirks, I doubt I'd want the additional trouble to upkeep one. Regardless, this is a great build and I love the OEM look you're aiming for on this one, and white is easily one of this car's best colors.

its funny the 3.6l Chevy motor glugs the same way when you're pouring in oil, a workaround we use is to pull the dipstick to help it breathe.
