Hey, I'm a tint geek. UV rays aren't responsible for the majority of the sun's heat - you can thank infrared for that. Ceramic tint is extremely effective at blocking IR, it's a bit pricey but quality tint is always worth it. Thanks to all of you guys in the shop for the awesome content!

I think he might be talking about getting burned by UV but interesting info nonetheless. Especially as an Australian, way too hot around here right now
@pipisugbo2 жыл бұрын
@@hambo6713 so it is correct that UV causes both sunburn and the majority of material damage. Like Steve said, most automotive glass already blocks the majority of UV. The cool thing about ceramic tint is that you can get it in shades as light as 80% VLT(visual light transmission) and it still blocks a ton of heat. There has been a common misconception for years that a darker tint makes for cooler interior temps, but that's patently false. If you're in Aussieland, get yourself some nice ceramic tint and it'll change your commute big time 👍

You are supposed to tighten suspension bolts only AFTER the car has already rolled on ground,or the bushings get twisted. Those bushings are what's raising the rear so high. They will fail soon if driven like that.
@itsspooky9602 жыл бұрын
The strut itself has no bushings. what you're referring to is the clocking the control arms which you do when you install new control arms and that's torqueing the control arm bolts when the car full weight is on the suspension. He'd only have to do that if he removed the control arms to install the new struts, however it seems like the control arms weren't removed.
