Hand-Eye Coordination certainly makes the hammer less clunky, you could use the saved action to get into position, like Shortcut, if you don't have acces to it. I'd pay 1xp for Shortcut

Hand eye coordination is clearly designed for a tool based flex deck, It's as interesting as you build the rest of your deck. Also it makes Tony Morgan even more disgusting than he already is. If the only thing you play is way over curve, melee fighter of course it's not interesting.

A card, a resource and an XP to make one action fast is underwhelming. Maybe the lady is an FFG employee, like Olive McBride. I suspect Chuck Fergus is also an employee.
