Hello , my skilled worker visa has been cancelled after 1.8 years and I have lived in the UK for 5 years. If I apply FLR will it count towards 5 Years ILR? Recently my dependent visa was refused due to my previous immigration history I was overstayed my student visa for 20 months. My wife got a visa as a Shopkeeper in retail stores in previous regulations and she started work on last and she is genuinely doing job and paying tax as well. I came to India on September 03 2023 on my own expenses and in my refusal decision letter my future application will be refused till September 03 2024 which is 12 months re entry ban. My wife is staying alone and she needs my companion as well is there any way which help me to join her before September and if not before September is there any chance of my visa application getting refused after September 03 2024. Just wanna make sure will I get a visa after 12 months. Thanks

Sorry, there is no way to file before you complete 12 months outside the UK. I have also reviewed the refusal letter that you have emailed us, it clearly states that “As I have refused your application under the suitability requirement, I have therefore not considered if your application meets any further requirements as a Skilled Worker Partner.” Since any other requirements have not been assessed, hence, it is possible that your future application may be refused on any other requirement such as genuineness of relationship, or for not providing sufficient evidence of subsisting relationship or any other requirement.
