That 70's show and Seinfeld were the few shows to make the running gag rivalry actually funny. A few others that were golden: Al Bundy vs. Marcy Rhoades from Married with Children. (The GOAT of rivalries) J.D. and Janitor from Scrubs. Drew Carey vs. Mimi Bobeck from the Drew Carey show. Maxine and Kyle from Living Single Honorable mention to Jim and Dwight from The Office. They only get honorable mention because I never actually followed the series but through the numerous videos I've seen on KZbin I felt no choice but to add them. They are incredibly funny.
