As a Scott myself I support the All Blacks so much and the type of rugby they play is extraordinary.

One of the greatest finishes to a rugby game ever. I remember as a NZ supporter watching this game in my house in West Sussex, initially anticipating a comfortable win after the hard-fought victory against England the previous week, which would make the All Blacks the first national side to win every game in a year in the modern era. Even after Ireland jumped out to a 19-0 lead, I wasn't unduly concerned as there was plenty of time for the ABs to chase them down. But as the game went on, I became increasingly anxious, finally ending up basically hiding behind the sofa for the last 20 minutes. For me, Ryan Crotty's Try from the End of Time to clinch it for one of the greatest All Black sides was as good as Jean Luc Sadourny's Try from the End of the World in 1994 to beat the All Blacks at Eden Park.
@pauldolan90773 жыл бұрын
personally i think the ABs try was actualy 5 times better tha Jean Luc Sadournys try
@professionalprocrastinator81033 жыл бұрын
@@pauldolan9077 No way that was better than the try from the end of the World. It was a brilliant piece of resilience and effort from the ABs, but it just didn't have the incredible inspiration and panache the french try had.
@nepiahemopo17022 жыл бұрын
@@professionalprocrastinator8103 I beg to differ, the French try, from one end of the field to the other was phenomenal. The thing is that there have.been similar tries before and since..... But try replicating within context that AB try.

You really have to feel for the country as a whole.. so close for a small nation who always have the biggest heart in all they do.. Ireland's Rugby Team should be proud of themselves and all their fellow supporters too feel proud of there Men in Green.. Loved the Suspense the Thrills the Hopes of many and of coarse how i could hear a pin drop out on the paddock when Ol paddy took the missed penalty.. Thanku for being awsome hosts to our ABs as always.. Your Hospitality I only wish I was up in it enjoying it all too.. To our Irish Rugby Nation, Tena Koutou Katoa, Thanks to you All.. Kia Ora.. ABs datz me..

Completely and utterly painful, even on the second viewing. How we did not close it out. Aaaaaaghhhhhh. Only steeled our resolve for Chicago and Dublin 18. The greatest compliment I can pay the ABs is since i was born in 77,they are the scalp we always wanted. Great players like BOD and POC careers came and went without that scalp and that only adds to the pain of this game. A NZ test win is Irish rugby's world cup final win for now.
@strawberrykicker23 жыл бұрын
have to say we didnt deserve to win it tbh, as well as ireland did in the first half we were pretty poor in the second half. to not score a point was always going to end badly

Thank you for uploading this All Blacks channel. I have to say the quality of this clip was really low. Only 480p and a lagging frame rate. I've watched all the Final10 videos, and they're amazing, and I'm a bell notifications subscriber so I know this low quality isnt the norm for you guys.

@@howdoiunbakeacake1525 most teams don't come back from a 17 point deficit with only 20 minutes remaining. In normal circumstances it would be pretty safe to assume that it's game over at that point, considering also that we'd lost to the Boks in the previous game.

That was absolutely heartbreaking Ireland came so so close if Sexton hadn't missed the penalty would have being a 1st loss for nnew Zealand against Ireland took A Kiwi Coach Joe Schmidt ireland coach to beat the All blacks twice was a brilliant game from start to finish devastating ireland lost in the last kick of the game

what an amazing final 10 minutes, Ireland had it chances to put the game out of reach
@richardmatatahi45639 ай бұрын
yeah that penalty was the clincher, swear I could see the grass grow and a sigh of relief it missed by inches. Lifted my spirits and we had a chance, the try, the TMO pondering over the try, and the 2 attempts at the conversion was nerve shattering. a roller coaster of emotions in just the last 4 minutes of the game. you'd pay good money to see. One hell of a game. Ireland would go on the break their hoodoo and eventually beat the All Blacks and shine. But no one could deny us our perfect season that year. We just got there with no time left on the clock.

Ireland don't cheat, they lost to a better team. They missed their opportunity to seal victory when Sexton missed the penalty, he wouldn't get another chance that's where the game was lost for Ireland, and All Blacks remained undefeated for the Season because of Cruden kicking his 2nd attempt at goal and winning the game Cry to the referee & TMO, Because in my opinion the right call was made and what they got away with was winning the game and yeah with another one, in the bag. Nobody cheated ya Moo.
