The wolf we play as, is just a wolf so I don't know if it is the wolf we found as the wolf would have passed away a long time ago but I like to think that it is or some relative of the original wolf thats why it can hear the dad's spirit and why she granted the wolf a power and asked the wolf to help her father :)

Holy fluffy bunnies! I didn't expect it to be Kalani's dad but I also didn't really think that it would be the emperor But man... Poor Kalani... I really admire her for standing up for herself and her people But I don't understand how could her dad value the emperor over his own daughter! Plus not feel any remorse for killing his daughters loved one (and for that wolf pack + puppy) I'm glad he wasn't allowed into the City of Light And Kalani shouldn't be punished for standing up for everyone It wasn't just pure rage and desire for destruction She just wanted what was best for her people, for them not to suffer She wanted justice And her father couldn't be bothered to truly understand and see his own daughters intentions Sure Kalani caused the distraction of Quilotasi But it was going to happen anyway The structure was falling apart, cracked, broken, the people, the social structure, the economic state, the world around them Everying was torn apart at its seems Kalani just happened to be the one little pebble to shatter it all If it wasnt hear someone else would have done it All the blame shouldn't be pun on her It was everyone's fault And now its over Kalani and her father are paying for somebody else's mistakes They did their part in atoning for everything they did Now it's time for peace Theirs Their families, friends, fellow citizens and humans And natures Its time to put it behing and let them have their rest Let everyone and everything rest Let life and afterlife go on

Seri....This game made me sort of reflect on my life a bit, this game made me think. It made me have feelings, And sort of made me tear. I think our adventures are ending with Lost Ember. And now.....Im reflecting. I think I know why Kalani was reborn in a way of peace and her dad was not. Her Dad made wrong decisions and choices, He tried ( And did) to kill his own daughter. I was quite surprised by this. Kalani on the other hand did lead a gang to kill the emporor, Which could sort of be right or wrong in some ways, I just think Kalani was maybe fighting for peace. ( Im not taking sides on anyones opinion). Anyways Seri, I honestly enjoyed going on this adventure with you, ( I honestly always do! :D) Stay curious Seri! 🌿 🐺

i kind of thought that the spirit was her dad cuz we didn't really see the emperor a lot but we did see her dad a lot and when he said "that dagger..i remember that emblem" i was like " yep thats no the emperor that is definitely the dad" i wonder what happens to the wolf pup when it fallows her dad when he was carrying kalanis body maybe he adopted the wolf pup or maybe he let the wolf go and it some how lived and learned how to hunt but who knows. maybe when kalani saved the wolf pup her spirit became a wolf so in her next life she would be a wolf i wonder if she is the only wolf left.

I have a little theory about this game. So the little wolf kalani was friends with is an ancestor of the wolf we play as. That’s why the wolf was able to summon her at the beginning of the game. I played through the entire game thinking the wolf I played as was a descendent of some wolf who had a connection with her.
