An idea I used to have is that heroes could have ten extra levels after level 20, called "golden levels" or something, which would level up very slowly or maybe just cost cash or something. The point is that they'd be really powerful and give special new features.

If you sink money into a tower past a certain threshold, overclock no longer has permanent uptime. This is to prevent certain powerful towers from being all the more desirable. Heroes can naturally get to level 20, being among the most powerful towers that can get full uptime overclock. Buy level 20, well... that's a different story.

Fun fact, you can destroy the tester balloon by placing a 0-0-5 bomb tower, spawning 1 red balloon and then placing a tester balloon. This is because the tester balloon actually has 10 million hp

Actually, the invisible bloon is possible to destroy. But the actual hp of it is 10,000,000. You can also insta kill it with traps, bloon master alchemist, and Druid of the jungle. So yeah, it’s possible to destroy so the modded Churchill would actually pop it.
