Patrol points is great for the special poperation's door gunner ability. For instance, if you have farms all over the map and are too lazy to pick them up, you can pick up a farmer and have it fly around.

patrol point is good for synergy with razor rotors, now you may think, "why we have pursuit?" well pursuit doesnt allow razor rotors to pop balloons, the heli has to fly on top of them, while patrol points allows you to

You can still use razor rotors with pursuit, try putting one down in sandbox, and sending a lead, and the heli's only lead popper is the rotors

You can use patrol points when you are using moab shove, a helicopter moving back and fourth will do more knock back then setting the heli to a set location(I'm pretty sure middle path crosspath along with moab shove does extra knockback)

If you pick up a banana farmer in the heli, you can pick up the bananas still So you place the patrol points over the farms and instead of using like 3 banana farmers, you use 1 and you save some monke money

Patrol points targeting in useless, prove me wrong. Reasons why it’s useless: 1. Maps that have 1 entrance and 1 exit heli’s don’t need it, an obvious one. 2. Some bloons like pinks or yellows will get past patrol point A whilst your heli is at patrol point B, starts heading over to patrol point A the pinks n yellows have already gone and depleted your lives. Another obvious one that also applies to DDTs since they are also fast. 3. JUST BUY AN EXTRA HELI (I mean sure it’s more money spent but it just makes more sense, especially if your Sabre and have 99 marketplace banana farm and infinite money)

Using moab shove patrol points can also help with pushing moabs back that come from multiple lanes and if you have multiple moab shoves you can stall the moab for quite a while

I use patrol points with razor rotors bc I’m not sure if this works but if you move it a little bit it can hit the bloons twice. Also the reason why I don’t use pursuit with rotors is then the rotors will miss the bloons a lot
