Somehow I missed MCToon's original invitation. So I have no idea what I would be "in" for if I said "I'm in.". But judging from the image I'm guessing it has something to do with battling the penguin battalions and retaking Antarctica and the lands beyond for all humanity. Or maybe not? Fortunately Wally provided a link in the description. So I can find out what MCToon is talking about. edit - Okay. I went and watched MCToon's video and I'm still confused. Anyhow, I can't physically tolerate cold weather. So I'll probably have to watch from the sidelines.

I know a nice experiment. Make a plumb line cast a shadow on a protractor, to measure the angle in a timelapse. Mount it on an equatorial mount and make it follow the sun.

My name is not close to be near that trip, but this sound fun and interesting and it will be interesting to see how many flat-earthers that will take the chance to "do their own reachersch" as they so often say other shall do. What about me had I been willing to go? No, not as a vacation for I am as a Swede no big fan more snow than we have during the winter, but if I had the opportunity to prove something for folk that still think Antarctica is a restricted area, then I had joined ASP.

I'm confused, what's happening? I am one of the 7.951 Billion people who either know, or don't care that the Earth is not flat. My hobby wouldn't work on a flat Earth. It relies on curvature to work the way it does. Radio propagation and beam shaping, FM, AM, Micro-Comms, line of site, repeaters etc.. Not a flat Earth, end of.

Wrong That is a strawman. The earth is only ever traveling in one direction at any one time. Its speed relative to other moving objects confuses you still. We can all see the ISS We can see it is man made We can see live streaming video 24:7 from it We can see the water displaying convexity upon its surface from a camera in space in a vacuum and no solid separation was needed.
