I've personally experienced a lot of mental health issues, from my own to losing people, to helping those around me so massive respect for the BetterHelp message. It’s so so important and especially as young men we thought it would be a good opportunity to actually BE vulnerable ourselves, may make atleast one of our watchers feel like its ok for them to be vulnerable too.
