14:50 im experimenting with a real physical whiteboard for my high level TODOs. its a small one and usually i populate it at the end of a session so the next time i walk into the room i don't have to answer the question: "where was i again?". it also feels good to physically check and wipe TODOs off the board again. i do have a TODO file and TODO comments for details but this works great for the highlevel stuff ... to have it as a real physical artifact.

I needed a change of scenery & ended up in the Caribbean 🍹🌴 😅 You're absolutely right about would-be devs not understanding that this is a small business, with all the risks & responsibilities that entails. I appreciate your channel particularly for that aspect, since it's hard to find that intersection of indie-scale x business-oriented content. Looking forward to the Regulator City status update!
