We live about 5 miles from Magic Kingdom and we always go the last 2 to 3 hours of the night. We don’t know what the issue is with that McDonalds. Not sure why they close the inside of the restaurant. I think it’s the only one in the city you can’t go inside. Even if they didn’t want people inside, I don’t understand why you can’t sit outside. It’s just strange.

That's exactly what I would do if I was a local. It totally make sense to go at night. The middle of the day in crowds and heat. No thanks. I would have to deal with it because I'm from a different state. I'd have to plan the trip, make a reservation, etc. You have the luxury of going whenever you want, and I'm jealous..lol. I'm waiting for fast pass to come back, but it might be awhile. Btw I'm loving the daily Disney vids. I love all your stuff, but this is awesome.

Watching these night videos is making me plan my disney trips differently. Hit a park at rope drop, leave a while to rest and then hit the parks the last couple hours. Thank you for showing us this.

That's how we usually do it (pre-Covid)!! Parks at open, stay 'til noon or so, back to room or Disney Springs & room, then back to a different park at night. Late night at parks when they had EMH was even better - Studios 'til 1 AM, Magic Kingdom 'til 2:30 AM!!!

And that has been our routine. We go back to the hotel nap change clothes and then go back and enjoy the night park fun. I cannot wait to go back soon. Love the videos Adam. It’s saved my mental health.

Yes it is the only full size McDonalds on Disney property. They used to have a McDonalds in Dinoland at Animal Kingdom but when Disney and McDonalds had their parting ways the one in Animal Kingdom closed.

The Giraffe were heading back to their night areas, where they have bedding, food and shelter back behind the walls. They have these areas so they can keep an eye on their health and welfare, all of the animal area's have them. Have a friend who left a zoo to go work there when they first opened The lions are laying on the wall plays lion game "First one who looks at them loses" They too are probably focused and waiting for the departure to their night area. I can't remember if it was on National Geographic or Animal Planet there is a tour of it back area and how they rotate the animals around the park sometimes. It is about 5+ years old. Thank you for the lovely time

One of my favorite memories at Animal Kingdom is riding Everest late at night and how beautiful everything was as you ride up the big hill. Night rides also make going backward much more thrilling!

I believe where the giraffes were hanging out is where they enter the safari by the hotel where hotel guest can see them. They get to eat in that area. As you say don’t quote me on that one lol. Great series we love park hoping the last hour and to see what we are able to get done!

They had the pipes in the queue painted white, yellow and red and put their formulas for the respective condiments on them. McDonald’s ended their sponsorship years ago but the pipes remain.
