Okay I watched without roles revealed and I had Boze pegged, but wow did not see Wes AT ALL. It was the fact that I could tell Joven was a liberal and since Wes defended him, I immediately believed him. Looking back Wes wasn't nearly as accusatory or intense for the liberals as other games so I should've seen it. However, Wes trusting Joven when he easily could've been the fascists scapegoat sold me. Well played Wes!

I had no idea for Boze until the very end when Joven said “Joshua is talking.” Because once he pulled out that I immediately was sold and I was like “oh shit its Boze and Mari is gonna choose Boze” cause I already had Mari and Damien pegged as safe. I swore it was Boze, and Mari until the end because the way Wes was honest about the top cards, and he also suggested Mari give the chancellor to Johven lol. He played really well this round. Johven was making some great points, and stopped seeming like a fascist, and more like a liberal that the real fascist were trying to accuse (by using the typical johven is being weird, and annoying argument) midway through lol. so I instantly knew the bad was one of the other three when Damien defended him. But Wes played sooooo well. I didn't notice any clues he dropped, and he barley picked sides haha.

Boze is a really bad liar though, it's normally obvious. She just mitigated it by speaking less and doing math when she was speaking. Wes did most of the lying and Joven did not help his own case (how you present yourself is important when interacting with others.)

There are times when that is the case, but this wasn't one of them. Joven made the mistake of making himself look like he was guilty, no one had to work to cast blame on him. Wes was even able to say that he thought he was innocent without worrying about it backfiring. Also, Damien was wrong, Boze did do the blame casting thing with Joven. It's just that Joven was behaving in a way such that it didn't seem like she was was doing so and she didn't need to defend herself on it (if she had needed to she probably would have gotten caught, Boze isn't good at lying.) Joven also made the mistake Boze makes when she's innocent and accused everybody. He drew all attention to himself when a good round the table interrogation probably would have found the person they were looking for. Although he did only start doing that after Boze called him out on his normal tactic of trying to confuse everyone, so maybe I'm underestimating Boze. If that was on purpose then she did a good job and this loss isn't entirely Joven's fault.

They get so many of the rules wrong... here's two; 1. In a 5-player game, you CAN elect the last president as chancellor. 2. When you shuffle the cards, you do NOT get to see what the bottom two cards were. (this makes the game way to easy for the liberals... well assuming that everyone at the table is competent)
