Uff I've wanted to read this for so long!! I just read Faridah Àbíké-Íyímídés "Where Sleeping Girls Lie" which is dark academia and thought it was pretty thrilling. I gave it 3,5/5 stars. Dark academia isn't among my favorite genres, not my usual go-to, but I appreciate Faridah writing black characters into dark academia! Which still is such a white genre.
