Hi how do you EXIT a Tour de France game mid-stage?? The classics are endless and I can't find out how to exit the game??

​@LukasPlays thanks, but how do you pause and save? I don't see that option, and I don't see exit either...I pressed all buttons but the exit never shows up (sorry I'm all new to PS5 and this game)
