That headache is from dehydration, cycling in too hot of a room can be dangerous if you are going hard. Weigh yourself just before the ride and just after, the difference in weight is how much water you should drink over the next 3 hours

@@LukasPlays you need strong fan and drink at least 700ml per hour, also if you plan to ride more than 1 hour, it is nice to have something sweet to eat, which gives you extra shot of energy. The difference in heart rate with and without fan is about 10 BPM at the same power in my case! Looks like you have a nice potential for cycling - you kept your power output growing to the end, its not easy!

You should do an FTP-test and recalibrate your zones because I don't think they are right, you're way stronger than those zones say I suppose... Nice video man, solid effort! 💪

@@LukasPlays there is a Zwift route called "Oh Hill No", which starts with 5 min easy ride then uphill "Grade KOM" which automatically calculate your FTP at the finish and show on the banner on the right side. The uphill you should finish in about 15-20 min

If you feel good after it’s the endorphins you’ve created and also the testosterone. Have you been checked for low testosterone levels . Low levels are often diagnosed as depression and anti depressants prescribed . Might be worth doing a test

It's just odd because I have done plenty of hard and difficult stuff like this before but it's the first time in a long time I've felt good. My depression sadly comes from other issues throughout my life, but low testosterone could definitely make it worse. I don't really have any other symptoms that would align with it, but I'll see if I can get it checked somehow, thank you mate!
