It is worth it if you can tolerate the fast action and poor balance of some of the weapons/gadgets. It's also very worth it if you have friends to play with.

(sorry for the essay below im pretending im chatting in livechat cause i missed the stream i should add timestamps) The Finals and Killing Floor 2 lets go And yes Killing Floor 3 will most likely flop like Payday 3 this is sad to see as a Killing Floor veteran having fun with new updates and hyped when Killing Floor 2 came out especially the love and effort they put in this game like the guns in ZED time jiggling I bought KF2 Ultimate Edition upgrade and it only gives you 10% of the content cause of server issues or something but hey itll probably be fixed and it was only $10+ dollars for access to the entire game also yeah for some reason Killing Floor 2 finding a match always puts you in high ping servers for no reason i just rather join servers manually. Recently i just join Normal (more like Easy cause Hard mode has the normal multipliers) to help carry and guide and give tips to noobs newbies especially after the recent Killing Floor Anniversary Sale Killing Floor 2 Berserker skirmisher is basically dead its just way better to play a tankier zerker like YES i agree Parry skill shouldve been nerfed they nerfed duration and damage resistance and even buffed the other lvl 25 skill BUT they had no reason to nerf the Perk's passive damage resistance like whats the point of being the upfront melee perk if i cant even live long enough to tank and dish out damage? you can still do it but you need a medic now. Survivalist is unironically a better tankier Berserker now. id rather play ranged Berserker now also that HRG Teslalauncher is pretty powerful its literally Firebug Helios Rifle + EMP grenade launcher. speaking of Firebug the Husk Launcher does not look like the Husk's launcher unlike in KF1 thats just sad. its also very underwhelming to use rn its more trash cleaner fire + explosive weapon like in KF1 fully charged headshot could stun scrakes and kill the big zeds pretty good. it would stunlock the scrake as long as you kept doing full charged shots so it was kinda op lol. KF2 Husk Launcher shouldve been the same + add a flamethrower alt fire just like what the KF2 Husk ingame can do so you have a dual purpose Big zed killer + trash zed killer but would use more ammo BUT would do more damage than the flamethrower 1:34:26 "I love the Killing Floor 1 Trader, unfortunately, black." hol up but isnt the moonbase map she was using like a mobile trader station so she wasnt there when it blew up so she wouldnt be dead right? 1:37:27 and yes Killing Floor 1 theme, setting, grunge, atmosphere was just better while Killing Floor 2 is very sci fi theres some kf2 maps that replicate it but its fucking ruined by EDARS EVERYWHERE you know i wouldnt have big issues with EDARS if they didnt SPAWN SO MUCH OF THEM especially Matriarch boss is unfair for new players + infinite edars getting spawned boi i love getting rooted by the edar trapper in a game about zeds it dosent help its a ranged attack its not a fuckin grab like the clots do. Literally the equivalent to Left 4 Dead 2 Jockey instantly get disabled because skill issue 1:40:34 didnt know that you get the tie and mask for tf2 i bought Killing Floor 1 before i played Team Fortress 2 and maybe the event was already over. love TF2 crossovers like Payday 2 also did that with the crossovers offtopic but Payday 2 also ruined their game by adding Flashbang shields, now the issue isnt the flashbang shield itself as it can be destroyed and interrupted if you shoot the flashbang shield while its blinking, but the enemy itself is the issue. When the shield gets destroyed he becomes INVINCIBLE FOR A FEW SECONDS AND HE CAN SHOOT BACK DURING THAT TIME WITH A FULLY ACCURATE BEANBAG SHOTGUN THAT CONCUSSIONS YOU ACROSS THE MAP AND YOU CANT TELL WHERE ITS COMING FROM IN THE SWARM OF COPS. thats not even the worst part THEY SPAWN ON NORMAL. *NORMAL DIFFICULTY* i watched a livestream of 2 completely new players to Payday 2 and they both have motion sickness and they got so fucking sick of the flashbang shields especially when they dont know destroying the shield gives them a beanbag shotgun that blurs and disorientates you and they were about to throw up trying to play Payday 2 the just quit after a few heists Payday 2 i play either Dallas for the medicbag line but when joining new players they are usually Dallas so recently i pick Sydney just to be annoying lmao 1:57:00 i agree i just dont have any faith anymore for recent game releases but im not gonna go out of my way to trash on the devs and the games 1:57:58 also agree Killing Floor Field Medic made being a healer fun cause you actually have a purpose other than just healing, you also kill trash zeds and poison, you can even debuff enemies and other fun weapons. TF2 Medic was pretty good for its time era just being a healer that can have a very powerful if used correctly invincibility for 8 seconds but only every 40-80 seconds (meanwhile Engineer only need to press 2 on their keyboard to Wrangler their Sentries to counter it) but yeah its definitely boring now with other games having way more fun ways to play healers.
