The Fine Line between ALL or NOTHING | DISCONTINUED EP.2

Between winning and loosing is always a fine line. In every Sport. Right now i am preparing for my last season in triathlon. I am feeling really fit and the first races are just some weeks away. But as you can see i have my small niggles with some parts of my body hurting here and there.
I am giving real insights about
my training
my numbers
my injuries
and a big topic for many about my weight and what is important to handle it right.
But man, how i love this sport. And i want to make sure that i am in good form running into this season. Because i want and i am able to win ironman races. YES! Fuerteventura and especially Las Playitas has always been a good playground for me. I came here for the first time in 2009 or 2010 and lived here almost for 3 Years of my entire life in training camps. WOW.

Brutal gute und auch emotionale Eindrücke @Sebi. Es tut jetzt schon weh zu wissen, dass einer der führendsten Athleten des Triathlonsports überhaupt aufhören. Aber die Vids motivieren einen selber zum Training und zum Dranbleiben. :) Weiter so Sebi und alles Gute für dieses Jahr und die Wettkämpfe!
