After listening to this cover, I inevitably remember Tina S.'s odyssey. She was a "child prodigy" on the guitar. She had an astonishingly virtuoso technique when playing Rock/Metal classics. She lived in France. One day she stopped uploading videos to her channel and disappeared from the scene. Many years later she reappeared in the USA with a wonderful new band called Spin Twice. Many "experts" had made plans for her. But she dared to break them, and after showing a middle finger to her puppeteers she decided to write her own script for her story. @@Ireneket But I prefer Tina in her current band. Why? Basically because what she composes now is emotionally hers and although she hardly smiles, you can clearly perceive her joy when playing it. When you execute perfectly, for example, Sweep Picking techniques, you strive to acquire a merit and you hope that it will be recognized by the "experts". When you create something that has your own sound, that song already speaks of you, and if you share it with others who also get excited with you, then great, it's a party. After all, it's about being able to live off your music and not off a fucking gray civil servant job. But in any case, once composed, you fall in love with it, it teaches you to love yourself more and better, and the opinion of the experts can go to hell.

Your Covers were a training for your fingers to learn to move naturally along the neck of your guitar. Also a way to express your deep respect for those who preceded you and made it possible for you to love Rock. But from now on what I would like is for you to listen to the live music that vibrates inside you and that wants to be composed by you. The rest is noise. Obviously IMO.
