I noticed you are using 360 version for the app+web property. I've just migrated from the GA360 for app property to the app+web property because Google will deprecate GA360 for app soon. I have no choice. After migration, I faced many obstacles. Mainly, there are 2 pain points I found. 1) Analysis tools use sample data which is often based on less than 1% of total data points, so the numbers showing in there are too unreliable. We want to use 100% of data, like GA360 does. 2) There are limited number of params we can use for reporting and analysis, 50 for texts and 50 for numbers, too small. GA360 has 200 for custom dimension and 200 for custom metric. You see, we've lost those important capabilities since migrating from GA360 to app+web property. So the questions are will it unlock those capabilities? and when will it be available? Looking forward to it so bad.

I have incorect active user count in Firebase section Project Overview vs the active user count in Firebase Dashboard Analytics section, over the exact same period of time. Did anyone have the same issue? Thanks!

Hello, one way to do this is when creating a new segment, add some condition (any condition) first, and when the summary card updates showing how many users satisfy that condition, remove it from the segment builder. Once no conditions are applied, the summary card will update with the number of total users. You can then name that segment as "All Users" and save it. Admittedly it's not a straightforward way to get an "All Users" segment. We'll work on making that easier.

Hi, great video thanks!! Can I ask, why do you always refer to developers as if they're the only ones using these tools or creating dimensions, etc.? Developers are definitely the ones who help create a project or implement the SDK, but a lot of the usage of features or metrics that are referred to here has nothing to do w/ what DevOps does nor is interested in measuring. It's usually the analytics team or business requirements that shape the scope of these questions.

It’s actually the CEO who shapes the product who instructs the analytics team 😵‍💫 so lets do “Hey Firebase CEOs!” Tldr: Who owns /needs to fix functionality and is responsible for implementations is the one who is absolutely required to understand the domain. Hence, developers because they are the customers of the firebase dev platform - not the users users users who use the implementation.
