Brilliant. I have taken notes of this and then watched the video about the Island Strumming Pattern in your video list to practise them. These are the very chords I see in nearly every chord sheet. So my plan is to practise them, until you can wake me up out of deep sleep shout them out randomly and I can play them without thinking :-)

Thank you Kevin. Somehow watching this Video seem easy to follow and understand the C chord family set. Out of the 10 I think I can play 7 chords the other 3 seem impossible as there is no place to grip the 3 strings in one fret!

You left out C7 and Fadd9. The two most basic one finger chords with which to play a song, and give a beginner some success almost immediately. But I did like the way you explained how the chords fit together in the key of C.

Hi Kevin, love your work but that is not a D7. As you show it, that's A-C-F#-A. So it's missing the root, D. The correct fingering is 3rd fret on the top string and 2nd fret on the other three. What you're showing is actually F#.
