Shayesteh Restaurant, the first and oldest Chelokababi in Tehran, was established in 1933. In this video, we watch parts of the artistic cooking by the chefs and the preparation of the restaurant by its kind and clean staff. A professional team works together with love and passion to prepare a variety of traditional and famous Persian dishes for their dear guests.
These dishes include appetizers, main courses, desserts, and the renowned Iranian tea, such as:

The food looks very good. One thing of concern is that no gloves is used in this restaurant, even packaging the salads is done without gloves ; the person touches lettuce , cucumbers and tomatoes without gloves. At least for the sake of taking this video, they could have used gloves. None of the staff using gloves.
