If you ever play rising storm again just know these tips. Lead your shots a bit on a moving target. Don’t sprint as much and look for movement. Unlike air soft use full auto in the buildings and single shots at distance. You can change fire modes.

Hey I was having the same problem with rs2 aswell but I managed to fix it, found out windows defender was blocking the vngame.exe. hope this helps

I thought this was Onward. It has a few hilly tree maps, (and 1 called vietnam but it is flat as hell). I still have a hard time playing any non VR shooters.

who the fuck said effective distance is just called range? M4 has an effective range of 500m according to the army (for point targets, longer for area targets like a cluster of troops or a vehicle, etc.) It's basically just a measure of how far the average soldier is expected to be able to hit someone without optics. (Dont feel bad about the short ranges in game, shit looks longer in game, 300m is considered long range in sniper elite even though its normally iron sight range. Its because displays aren't high resolution enough to see the distance clearly.)

500m for Point Target, 600m for Area Target and 3600m is max range at a specific angle.
