The first berries in the Belarusian forest/I made a cottage cheese cheesecake in my homeland

Belarus is rich in forest gifts, my childhood on summer holidays was spent in the forest, then blueberries, then mushrooms, but now a trip to the forest for me is a breath of life, memories and spiritual comfort. My forest is located in the Minsk region. Bychin, in the video there I pick blueberries and strawberries, cook delicious cottage cheese cheesecake in my favorite village, the place where I grew up and my parents live.
