Well explained so proud that I came across your channel but to correct you most residents here prefer using vehicles taxis but all in all I give this video a ten out of ten❤❤❤

Thank you for watching, i believe thats true for the middle class but for the people living in the outskirts where the roads are bad vehicle taxis are not even an option

I very rarely commend one for a good presentation, but I would be doing myself injustice if I restrained my comment. I've loved the way you've captured and narrated about my beloved Zomba. The last I visited Zomba was over 20 years ago, but on and off, I've lived in Zomba for over 20 years spanning from 1968, in March, when we lived at Blue Gum Avenue, and subsequently in 9 other houses until the mid 90s. I call Zomba my second home. I was glad to see the same familiar places that have largely remained unchanged - thereby retaining its uniqueness. The facelift on the dam is a great compliment to the old! I've loved your spoken English in your nice, soft spoken presentation. I hope you will continue as the Voice of Zomba😊 Thank you!

Cool video. Zomba plateau is so beautiful, and there's loads of monkeys & baboons as you go up the mountain. Those wild berries are so good, completely fresh and organic and you can even wash them with the fresh mountain water. The golden ones you showed are also called golden berries or physalis, super healthy and delicious. Hope I can visit again.

I’m in Zomba and the Forestry Department has started planting pine trees all around the mountain. I’m sure this will restore the dignity

Well...kind of...But the truly indigenous trees of Zomba Mountain are not the exotic pine trees, those were planted for commercial gain by the colonialists. The indigenous trees lend the place a very special touch. Very natural.

This is what I’m worried about aswel, you see how forests need to have diverse plants, just having one or two kinds of trees is not good for the ecosystem
