One tip I can tell you is to not worry about what you're making an hour and just focus on total $ , it will even it self out always. You can set a $ goal you want to make and focus on getting to that $.

New Dasher here! What do you do if the wait makes your delivery time go over? I got a contract violation the other day on my first Dash because of a McDonald’s wait that I couldn’t help (never again!!). I put in details to hopefully avoid any actions, just wanna avoid that again!
